I had to give up my minivan for a few weeks in October as it was getting repaired. Ever try cramming three kids with carseats into the back of a sedan? It involves lots of kneeling on seats, shoving carseats in and out and sideways, and an occasional broken fingernail. (My poor mother has to fight the carseat battle every week when she takes 11 preschoolers on van fieldtrips.) Getting my minvan back was wonderful.

Hmmm, don't know if I what I wrote really expresses what I wanted to say. What I wanted to say: Depression has become something that people talk about in Germany recently. Of course part of it is just media hype, but it seems as if it also raises a little bit of awareness.

Thanks for 3. Made me finally write a mail to somebody whom I meant to write for a few weeks already.

BTW: Depression seems to be a major issue in Germany right now: http://www.spiegel.de/international/germany/0,1518,661500,00.html
